SPRING AA SOFTBALL

Age determination will be age on: 9/1/25.

Date range per age division:

Players born on or prior to 8/31/2017 are eligible to play 8u

Players born on or prior to 8/31/2015 are eligible to play 10u

Players born on or prior to 8/31/2013 are eligible to play 12u

Practices will start the first week of March (weather permitting) with games starting April 11th and ending May 17th.

League games will be on Saturdays (generally single games and some double headers) and Sundays (generally single games). 

Due to the anticipated Spring weather in Colorado the AYL will be over-scheduling league games on every playable date(s) in the Spring season. Due to the over-scheduling of games the AYL will not re-schedule games. Please note that the Spring league does have a hard stop date of May 17, 2026 and games cannot be played beyond that date due to field permit changes. AYL will make every effort to play games prior to that hard stop date but no guarantees are offered or implied. 

Each team will have 2 practices a week on fields located in the Castle Rock/Castle Pines area.

We will be using the same jerseys that were worn in the 2025 season. All players will be required to purchase black softball pants outside of uniform orders. Jerseys are sold during registration for $55
