Winter Training Program powered by The Factory

The Factory, an independent baseball/softball training facility in Castle Rock, is adding a weekly program for youth softball. The training program will run one night per weekend from November-March leading up to the AYL spring season. The weekly training will be 1.5 hours long and include hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility work to improve skill set, strength, and speed for the upcoming season.

When: November-March, Saturdays 4-5:30 p.m. 
Ages: 7-13 years old 
Cost: $150/month
